At ICE District Authentics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your official team gear, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging if possible and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
